As a customer support representative, you will have the opportunity to assist users with their needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide unique solutions that will maximize their usage of our payment solutions products.

      Key Responsibilities

      - Respond to incoming customer support issues via phone and email
      - Follow escalation processes to resolve customer questions and issues
      - Log information into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution
      - Provide assistance to users on the use and management of their online school store
      - Troubleshoot connectivity issues and student balance discrepancies
      - Assist with the reconciliation of district bank accounts in relation to funding reports in MySchoolBucks
      - Manage unresolved or open problem tickets to successful completion
      - Research, document, and communicate customer problems
      - Provide escalated support assistance to users on the school prepayment software product
      - Research fees and payment fee models
      - Respond to customer emails and calls regarding customer set up information

      Qualifications

      - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public
      - Experience in customer support in a call center or helpdesk environment
      - Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users
      - Ability to quickly learn software applications
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
      - Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

      Additional Information

      - Applicants must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility if hired
      - Intermediate knowledge of computers, general networking concepts, web browsers, internet functionality and usage, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Hangouts, Chat)
