What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide direct customer/end-user support, troubleshooting and resolving support tickets
- Empower end-users through training and guidance
- Develop GIS training materials to reduce support tickets
- Ensure data currency, update/maintenance, and authoritative metadata
- Proactively reduce issues with GIS services, jobs, and applications

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong technical knowledge of the enterprise scale ArcGIS platform and related geospatial technologies
- Experience in developing GIS training materials and providing end-user support
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Portal/Online/Hub, Field Maps, and other Esri software
- Knowledge of system architecture and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in a similar role as an GIS Specialist
- Familiarity with Bentley Microstation CAD and GIS data formats
- Knowledge of ArcMap/ArcPro, ArcGIS Server, Geoevent Processor, Image Server, and other GIS tools
- Understanding of mobile GIS and GIS web services
- Experience with system integration and application security standards
